The Parks and Recreation Department is vital part of the City of Heflin. The Department is responsible for all sporting programs, fitness and exercise, camps, maintaining the various city parks and facilities, assisting with all city events, and keeping Heflin engaged!

Fishing Permits

Fishing permits are sold at the Heflin Recreation Center & Heflin City hall for Cahulga Creek Watershed located at Cahulga Creek Park. Permits are $2.00 for Cleburne County residents, and $5.00 for outside of Cleburne County.
